In the April 2007 issue of Critical Care Clinics, Volume 23, Number 2, in Dr. Victoria E. Johnson's article, “Special Cases: Mechanical Ventilation of Neurosurgical Patients” starting on page 275, an error was made in the section titled “Hyperventilation as a Therapy”. On page 282 the sentence should read, “Hyperventilation results in a decrease in blood CO2 level.”
